Right in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, Fernie has that perfect small-town charm. This little mountain town is famous for having a lot of snow and some of the best skiing in Canada. When summer rolls around, the mountains open up for awesome mountain biking and hiking days. The HI Fernie hostel is all about that mountain culture and loves celebrating it, no matter the season.

Mondays
Each Monday from 9:00 pm to midnight, join our jam night to meet other musicians, play a tune, enjoy the vibe, or perform in a non-intimidating welcoming space. Some instruments are provided and everyone is welcome!
Thursdays
It's karaoke night every Thursday from 9:00 pm to midnight! Talented or not, in group or solo, join us for these epic nights that will vivify your vocal chords and get you your daily dose of belly laughs.
