The capital of Saskatchewan (yep, it's a real place) is a little city on the Prairies, packed with history and hardy Canadians. HI Regina is housed in a stately heritage home next to Wascana Park in one of the prettiest parts of town and has twice won the title of Canada's most outstanding hostel.
