Iron Horse Trail
The Iron Horse Trail is the longest completed section of the Trans Canada Trail in Alberta and a true piece of local history. Once a CN railway line nicknamed the “Iron Horse,” this trail still bears the marks of its past. Hike, cycle, or mountain bike it, and you’ll follow the same route taken by trains, traders, and explorers more than a century ago.
Smoky Lake Golf Course RV Park
Tee off on a beautifully maintained, tree-lined 9-hole golf course just outside Smoky Lake, with scenic elevation changes, a fully stocked pro shop and a clubhouse patio overlooking the valley. Perfect for a relaxed round or a weekend getaway, plus there are RV sites and practice facilities to make a full adventure of it!
