Our wilderness hostels in the Canadian Rockies adjust their operations with the seasons to accommodate road conditions, animal migrations and seasonal demand. Please make sure to read on to be aware of our seasonal opening hours and closing periods to avoid any disappointment.

We are sad to share that two beloved wilderness hostels, HI Athabasca Falls and HI Maligne Canyon, have been lost to the Jasper wildfire in July 2024.
