Booking Terms & Conditions
Summer of Soccer Special Event Terms
Event period: June 11 – July 8, 2026 (inclusive)
The following special booking terms and conditions apply to all reservations during the Summer of Soccer special event period. These terms supersede and replace all other booking terms and conditions that normally apply to HI Canada reservations, including those found on our website and booking engine.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All reservations are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Cancellations are not permitted for any reason. Changes to FIFA match schedules, venue changes, travel disruptions or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
- Changes to reservations are not permitted. This includes adjustments to dates, length of stay, room type, or guest names.
- Reservations are non-transferable. The individual who made the reservation must be 18 years or older and be present at check-in.
- All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
- A valid and verified Hostelling International membership is required for all guests upon arrival.
- All guests are expected to follow HI Canada’s Code of Conduct. We encourage everyone to enjoy the atmosphere while being mindful of shared spaces and the comfort of fellow guests and staff during celebrations.
