Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your membership, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return your membership after purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your membership must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must provide receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process (Online or Hostel Purchase)
Contact our Member Services department at firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know why you need a refund.
If your return is approved, you have two options for return before refund can be made:
1. Recycle your membership card
Please e-mail a picture to email@example.com to show that your card has been cut up, before recycling.
2. Mail back your card to:

When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. We reserve the right to refund with a cheque when other refund methods are unable to be made.
When you'll receive the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.
All your personal data submitted during the order process will be deleted from our database.
Refund Policy (Greyhound, MEC or Travel Agent)
If you purchased membership through a travel agent, Greyhound or MEC—you must return the membership to the original place of purchase with a receipt.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item to HI Canada. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
