The employee referral program is only applicable to current HI members.

Referrers must ensure that their referred candidate mentions their name and email address in their application.

The referred candidate must be a new applicant and must not have been previously employed by the association.

Referrers will receive a discount voucher for $50 towards a stay at any association-owned hostel upon the successful hiring of their referred candidate. Discount voucher is applicable for accommodation only. Reservation is mandatory and subject to hostel availability.

Referrers will receive one discount voucher per referred candidate who is successfully hired. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by a referrer.

The discount voucher is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The discount voucher is valid until December 31st, 2025.
