• Upon receipt of your information request, we will send you a reservation form to complete, sign and return to us as soon as possible. When we will receive it, we will block the beds, send you an invoice and ask you for a deposit to confirm the reservation.

• A deposit corresponding to 50% of the total of the invoice is due upon reception of the invoice.

3. Payment

• The balance of the invoice is payable 15 days before arrival date. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or bu cheque (for Canada and USA only). We also accept payment by bank transfer upon request (only for payment from outside Canada and USA). We will send you a confirmation of payment.

• 60+ days prior to check-in: Deposit will be refunded in full less 15% administration fee of the total room rentals.  • 14-60 days prior to check-in (including bookings made within this period): Any cancellation will result in loss of the booking deposit already paid (i.e. 50% of total room rentals).  • Within 14 days of check-in (including bookings made within this period): Cancellation will result in loss of deposit and the group will be charged the balance of monies due.

Additionally, if there is a reduction in the total rooms required, a fee of 1 night’s accommodation applies for each cancelled room.

• Our cancellation policy for groups of less than 15 people is 15 days prior to your groups arrival. For groups of 15 guests or more the facilities bookings cancellations policy is 60 days prior to your groups arrival date.
• In the event of cancellation within the designated periods, every effort will be made to re-rent the beds. Refunds, if any, are issued within 15 days following the original date of departure, for the amount of the booking less the cost of any unrented beds.

The hostel is open year round.

Your group will find our ranch as a great starting point to discover the Riding Mountain National Park or in the winter as well as base camp for adventures at the Asessippi Ski Resort.  9 Finger Ranch offers also different riding adventure options  for groups up to 10 at a time. We work with partners such as the Riding Mountain National Park and Friends of the RMNP to offer additional activities and packages for larger groups. Please inquire with us. The ranch setting gives ample space for parking and enjoying nature.

There are 25 beds in total. 10 in each of our 2 cabins and a 2 bed and 3 bed private room in the main ranch house. Showers, dining areas, laundry facility, lockers, free Wi-Fi, board games, large deck,  free coffee and 3 self-cooking areas  that are fully equipped.

Meals can be arranged for groups if requested in advance at the time of booking.

Bed linen, pillow and blanket are provided.

Payment

To guarantee the group booking, a 25% deposit (non-refundable) of total fee is required at time of booking. Final payment or balance is due at arrival.

Check-in hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Late morning / afternoon access for checking in from Monday to Sunday is available for groups or individuals. Please email or call us ahead to make such arrangements.

4. Group Rooming List

• Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, the group rooming list is also due.  The list should specify first and last names, gender, and any specific rooming requests.  
• Hostelling International will provide the group with a rooming list form to be completed at least fourteen (14) days prior to group's check-in date.

5. Cancellations & Changes

• Groups may cancel up to 28  days in advance of check-in with no penalty.
• Cancellations within 28 days forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in date are 100% non-refundable.
• A maximum of 10% reduction in group size is acceptable fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival. any request to increase the group size will be accommodated, subject to availability.
• Hostelling International reserves the right to cancel any reservations not paid in full 28 days in advance.
• No shows will not receive a refund.  We will hold the booking for the duration of the reservation, provided that payment has already been received as required.

Important Group Booking Information

Hostelling International has extensive experience working with groups and we understand that groups need flexibility with their bookings. Please carefully review the following booking and cancellation policies to ensure a worry and problem free experience during your visit with us.

1. Reservation

• Reservations will be accepted up to one year in advance of check in.  
• A quotation and accommodation agreement will be sent to you for review. 
• This must be signed and returned to Hostelling International to confirm your reservation. 
• A 20% deposit at the time of booking is required to secure your reservation. 
• A 50% deposit is required if your reservation is for more than 50% of hostel beds. 
• The remaining balance is payable 28 days prior to check-in. Signing this document confirms that you accept the standard group cancellation policies.

2. Confirmation

• Once your signed quotation has been received we will send you confirmation of your reservation. 
• The deposit is due at the time you make your reservation. 
• The Groups Reservation Agent will confirm payment of the deposit and charge the credit card on file, unless deposit is being made by cheque which is then due within 14 days of reservation, otherwise the credit card on file will be charged.
