beyond our control
We hate sharing bad news. We really do.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, HI Canada has made the very difficult decision to delay the opening of the new HI Jasper hostel on Sleepy Hollow Road. We greatly regret the opening delay's impact has on your travel plans and we want to do what we can to help.
With the delayed opening, we must transfer or cancel your current reservations at HI Jasper and can offer you the following options:
Option 1: Stay at HI Jasper at 1 Whistlers Road
The current HI Jasper hostel on 1 Whistlers Road, located 7km from the town of Jasper, will remain open until the new hostel begins operation. If you would like to keep your travel plans to Jasper, we can transfer your reservation to this hostel, with your first night free.
Experience other HI hostels in Western Canada, including 7 hostels located in Banff or Jasper National Park. We would like to offer you a free night if you rebook your stay at one of these hostels between May 1 to June 16, 2019*.
